What's In: Unlocked Secret Bracelets

December 5, 2006

"SIZZLE FACTOR: Hollywood's elite are trading their red Kabbalah strings for cuff bracelets instead. The accessory made its debut this year and has been snapped up by Brooke Shields, Lisa Rinna, Courtney Cox Arquette and Melina Kanakaredes.

THE SKINNY: The multicolored wristbands are handmade from glass seed beads, semiprecious stones and Swarovski crystals. Each sterling silver clasp is engraved with one of 12 motivational messages, including "protection," "love," and "angels."

"My bracelet (protection) reminds me of my own spirituality," says CSI NY star Kanakaredes. "After all, our sense of style is not just what we wear on the outside."

Lisa Rinna was so impressed that she began selling the baubles at her Los Angeles boutique, Belle Gray. "They’re selling like hotcakes."

LOOK FOR IT: Visit unlockedsecret.com. Ten percent of the proceeds from the sales will be donated to Spirituality For Kids, an LA-based outreach program that mentors troubled children and bases some of its teaching methods on the Kabbalah..."
